Changing a customer’s plan
Steps
- Navigate to the subscription detail page for the customer whose plan you want to change.

In the Active plan section, click the Change plan button.

A modal window will open where you can select a new plan for the subscription from the Active plan dropdown.

When a new plan is selected, the change in the monthly plan amount will be shown with the difference between the current and new situation.

- Click Change plan to confirm the change.
