Parameters
The report accepts the following parameters: Cancellations after - Filter to only include cancellations that occurred on or after this date. Defaults to one month ago. Cancellations before - Filter to only include cancellations that occurred on or before this date. Defaults to today.Available fields
The report includes the following fields:- subscription_id - The ID of the cancelled subscription
- subscription_name - The name of the customer
- subscription_email - The email address of the customer
- reason - The cancellation reason selected by the customer
- feedback - Any additional feedback text provided by the customer
- created_at - When the cancellation was completed
