You can define extra fields for your assets. This allows you to store extra information about the asset that you want to keep track of. You could for example keep track of visible damages per asset, or store when the asset was purchased and added to your stock. Asset fields can be managed by Project managers only. Regular Team members can change the values of the fields per individual asset. When creating an asset field you can give it a name, description, and a type. Here’s what each of these fields do: Name - Will appear when you create or edit an asset. This should be a short form name to quickly identify what this asset field is about. Description - Will appear below the name when creating or editing an asset. This can contain a bit longer explanation on how the asset field should be used by you and your team. Type - The type of the asset dictates what kind of values you can enter into the field when creating or editing an asset. Currently supported types are single line, multi line, or date.Documentation Index
